From the main roundabout at the north end of Llandeilo turn left onto the A40. Travel for approximately 5 miles. Take a right turn onto the B4297 to Cwrt Henri. Proceed over the bridge and up past the Primary School then turn left and Nant Y Fallen can be found on the left hand side, identified by our For Sale board.
The Location
Cwrt Henri, often going by the English translation Court Henry, is a small village located between Carmarthen and Llandeilo. There is a small Reading Room that offers a number of classes and community activities, there is also a Welsh-medium primary school. The nearby village of Dryslwyn with it's own shop and post office is situated on the A40 trunk road approximately mid way between the towns of Llandeilo, with its range of independent shops, vibrant pubs, restaurants, delis and butchers, and the County and market town of Carmarthen. A regular bus service running between these two towns has a stop within walking distance to the property.
The property enjoys easy access to the M4 motorway allowing access to Swansea, Cardiff and the rest of the UK.
