If you are selling your property with us we will need this information to carry out our contractual obligations to you and we will retain this information for a period of 7 years for HMRC purposes.
If you are purchasing a property through us we will need the information to fulfil our contractual obligations to you and our seller. We will retain this information for a period of 7 years for HMRC purposes.
If you are a prospective purchaser (applicant/viewer) we will retain the information for a period of 2 years in case of the need to prove our introduction or in the need of evidence should a claim arise.
Who will we share your information with?
Your personal information will only be shared with individuals (sellers or purchasers) or companies (i.e. solicitors, financial advisors, surveyors) relating to your sale or purchase.

All paperwork will be kept in a locked filing cabinet within a locked office.
